The company maintains complete ownership of the Princhester Magnesite project, which incorporates two approved mining leases located northwest of Rockhampton, Queensland. It also wholly owns the Killaloe gold project, consisting of two adjacent exploration licenses and a separate Buldania mining license, collectively covering an area of approximately 94 square kilometers within Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields. Additionally, Lachlan Star possesses a 75% stake in the Koojan project, situated in the New Norcia region of Western Australia.
