The company's diverse business is organized into several key segments: Refining, Petrochemical, Energy, Retail, and Upstream. ORLEN offers an extensive product portfolio, including various fuels like petrol, diesel, LPG, biofuels, aviation fuels, and heating oils. Its petrochemical division manufactures aromatics such as phenol, benzene, paraxylene, and purified terephthalic acid, alongside olefins, polyolefins, plastics, glycols, and nitrogen fertilizers. Additional chemical products encompass acetone, ethylene oxide, masterbatch, advanced technical carbon black Chezacarb, caprolactam, soda lye, and sodium hypochlorite. Furthermore, it provides a wide range of lubricants, including base oils, automotive oils (for cars, motorbikes, trucks, marine, and agricultural use), industrial oils, paraffin, and solvents. Beyond its oil and chemical endeavors, ORLEN is a significant participant in the energy sector, producing, distributing, and transmitting both electricity and heat. The company boasts an impressive installed power capacity of approximately 3.4 GW and actively trades in thermal energy. Complementing its industrial operations, ORLEN maintained a substantial retail footprint with a network of 2,881 fuel stations as of December 31, 2021.
