It also holds 49.9% interest in El Romeral gas and power operation, including three producing wells comprising El Ciervo-1, Santa Clara-1, and Sevilla-3. The company was formerly known as Prospex Oil and Gas Plc and changed its name to Prospex Energy PLC in July 2020. Prospex Energy PLC was incorporated in 1999 and is based in London, the United Kingdom.
