Sekerbank T.A.S., established in Istanbul, Turkey in 1953 and previously known as Pancar Kooperatifleri Bankasi A.S. until its name change in 1956, delivers a wide array of banking and financial services across Turkey. The bank caters to a diverse clientele, encompassing individual consumers, agricultural businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and corporate clients. It accepts various types of deposits, including both local currency and foreign exchange accounts. Its extensive lending portfolio features consumer loans for mortgages, vehicle purchases, and general purposes, alongside business financing solutions such as export/import loans, enterprise credit, and corporate facilities. Customers benefit from individual and commercial credit and ATM cards, as well as modern digital banking platforms for mobile and online access. Beyond traditional banking, Sekerbank provides a suite of ancillary financial services. These include a comprehensive range of insurance products, covering accident, fire, personal accident, agricultural, engineering, liability, private pension, and savings life policies. The bank also offers investment and brokerage services, spanning transaction and portfolio brokerage, private portfolio management, investment consulting, and the underwriting of public offerings, complemented by limited and general custody services. Furthermore, Sekerbank engages in factoring and financial leasing activities. The institution actively manages a substantial portfolio comprising real estate, real estate projects, property-based rights, capital market instruments, and other assets. As of December 31, 2021, Sekerbank operated through a network of 238 domestic branches.
