Vicinity Centres, known as Vicinity or the Group, is a premier retail property organization in Australia. Utilizing a comprehensive and integrated asset management system, it oversees an impressive portfolio of 63 shopping centres with an estimated value of $24 billion. This positions Vicinity as the second-largest publicly listed manager of Australian retail property. The Group's direct holdings encompass stakes in 60 shopping centres, including the DFO Brisbane business. Beyond its direct investments, Vicinity manages 31 properties on behalf of Strategic Partners, co-owning 28 of these assets. Traded on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the ticker VCX, the company boasts a base of over 28,000 securityholders.
