Its operations are structured across four distinct divisions: Freight Services, Passenger Bus Transport, Energy Generation, and Air Charter Services. The Freight Services division specializes in the conveyance of goods via various road transport options, encompassing both partial truckload (LTL) and full truckload (FTL) solutions. This segment serves clients throughout 23 Indian states and 4 union territories and also offers multi-modal courier services for the delivery of smaller packages and essential documents. The Passenger Bus Transport segment facilitates inter-state travel by bus across states such as Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Goa, utilizing a fleet of approximately 295 buses and coaches. Through its Energy Generation segment, the company manages a wind farm equipped with wind turbine generators capable of producing 1.25 megawatts of power. Finally, the Air Charter Services segment provides aerial transportation for both private individuals and corporate clients.
