The company manages a portfolio of nine energy concessions in Kazakhstan, split between six for exploration and three for development, spanning an approximate total of 30,000 square kilometers across the Pre-Caspian and Chu-Sarysu basins. Established in 1984, this Beijing, China-based firm operated as Hainan Zhenghe Industrial Group Co., Ltd. until it adopted the Geo-Jade Petroleum Corporation name in August 2014.
