Siemens Energy AG is a global leader in energy technology, structured into four main divisions: Gas Services, Grid Technologies, Transformation of Industry, and Siemens Gamesa. Its Gas Services segment supplies essential equipment for both large-scale and localized power generation, including gas and steam turbines, generators, and heat pumps, alongside services like performance optimization, upkeep, digital solutions, and expert advice. The Grid Technologies unit focuses on modernizing energy infrastructure, offering high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission systems, grid integration for offshore wind farms, and a range of electrical components like transformers, flexible AC transmission systems (FACTS), high-voltage substations, and various air and gas-insulated switchgears. It also provides circuit breakers, capacitors, advanced digital grid solutions, essential components, robust cybersecurity, and energy storage systems. Through its Transformation of Industry segment, the company supports industrial decarbonization and efficiency with products such as electrolyzers, industrial steam turbines and generators, turbo and reciprocating compressors, and innovative drive systems, further supplying batteries, fuel cells, and a variety of other industrial solutions, complemented by comprehensive service and digital tools. Finally, the Siemens Gamesa division is a key player in wind energy, providing both onshore and offshore wind turbines. Its services encompass the entire lifecycle, from design, engineering, and manufacturing to installation for both onshore and offshore projects, along with ongoing management, operation, and maintenance of wind farms. Siemens Energy caters to a broad customer base globally, including public utility providers, private power producers, energy project developers, municipal power entities, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms, the oil and gas sector, transmission and distribution grid operators, and diverse industrial and infrastructure clients. Established in 1866, Siemens Energy AG maintains its headquarters in Munich, Germany.
